The current wiki is based almost entirely on the original project notes, and so are more of a specification than a wiki.

All pages of the wiki would benefit from being rewritten in a more educational style.

Add feature to move values around in the declared_values stack instead of redeclaring them.

This would be useful when you need the reference the output of a function that has since been lost in the bottom of
the stack.

Create a new {...} structure that allows users to specify the current index of an item in the declared_values
stack and redeclare it, moving it to the top of the stack.

E.g.:
{3} <- Redeclares the value stored at index 3, moving it to index 0
