As teacher, I would like either to propose material with a form or get instructions to self-upload my teaching material

It is not very clear how Simonetti should come to know what is taught in our school. With the list of teaching material and the list of events? Maybe we should add also links to the official website.

A story should address a practical need, and eventually have some nested points with implementation details. In this case, it is not clear the need we are going to address and it seems that we are confusing the hypothesis with the conclusions.

The page itself should not be particularly complex, so it is not clear to me why a "really efficient JS" should be necessary. Maybe story could be rewritten as (if it is make sense):

" As developer, I want to use a framework that I already know and it is easy to learn for other developers, so that I can implement it quickly and can be easily maintained by other developers in the future"
