Shallow Reader algorithm: includes anchors etc., no child duplicates
The algorithm for getRawTextElementsHTML in scrape.ts needs to be updated to allow for anchor tags (and others?) to allow for grabbing the outerHTML of all tags whose parent hasn't been found. E.g. if an a tag with a p tag inside it is found, this tag is grabbed, but the p tag is then ignored. Same with the reverse case.
