seems it may have 2 license keys installed on system
i had this before and had to remove license key from a system cant rember how tho

Your AMP is not up to date. Update AMP then do the Rerun Setup again. Ensure your new license is under the New Instance Defaults and reactivate all.

I have just tried that. No luck :(

Very good. That's the best place for this issue. I'll close this but it can be reopened if that ticket results in a bug finding.
