The sponsor package page lists the available packages, but doesn't provide any information of how to apply for a package, and, since it's generated from the packages in the database, there isn't a way to add that directly.

We can obviously address that by extending the wafer template to add that, and probably should, since it odd not to have that information available.

This maybe something that should be addressed in the base wafer template, although since the actual details are conference specific, it's not completely clear how to do that. Possibly just more blocks and a default "You should override this to provide contact info" bit is the way to go there?

There are a bunch of issues with mdx_outline - it hasn't been updated to support Python 3.9 and newer, breaks with markdown > 3.2 and so on.

We should probably look at changing to one of the forks.
