Connecticut Hard To Count Census Planning Map

This map displays 2010 Census response rates by tract along with demographic, socioeconomic, and housing data from the 2012-2016 American Community Survey.

Hover over a tract to see the Mail Return Rate from Census 2010, and click to view more detailed information. The highlighted tracts represent "hard to count" communities with a 2010 mail return rate of 73% or less.
