Remove generator from BotBoilder
Hey @Azadehkhojandi Was just looking at your changes. I think BotBoiler should just be BotBoiler and we remove any references to the generator from it (except perhaps in documentation).
Let's investigate adding BotBoilder as a git submodule of the generator and have all the gulp work performed there (including getting the latest code from the sub module).
