The steps to setup Flambo locally is a bit more involved than the 3 steps indicated in the README.

• Node needs to be installed.
• config/local.secret.exs needs to be created

And any other steps/requirements.

I want to tell someone off, but I want to be a little inconspicuous about it. Maybe something like

to which fbo would respond

Since flambo is hosted on heroku's free service and goes to sleep all the time, let's add a wake up command.

Add 'say' command which would be the same as the 'tell' command. Some users have used the 'tell' command to get Flambo to say things rather than telling people things.

Can the image search (maybe other searches as well?) be configured to make sure that any results are sfw by default? The imgur API includes a nsfw boolean flag. The ability to possibly turn NSFW searches on/off would be nice to have but not necessary.
