Need to change it so it calls methods (e.g. writeData) without depending on the type of database used

After reviewing my notes for SOLID Principles, I realized a couple errors were made in the implementation of database. This is a minor fix, I'll push changes to main branch afterwards.

When dischargin patients those patients aren't removed from the hospital's database so next time you select that hospital nothing will have changed, either implement a save feature or have it auto-update the database. I expect this to be a problem elsewhere as well but this is the only example I have found so-far

Refactor all references to Priority admission to adhere to the new method

The Doctor Subclasses dont have the specialization variable defined. Either create a parent class for the specialized doctors and define specialization there or find another solution.

It feels counterintuitive to treat patients in the discharge part of the CLI but im not sure if this is a major error or not.

Please reformat the code and make sure your packages do not have any style warnings or other warnings and errors.
