great tip, indeed, works perfectly. However, I get a huge amount of these warnings
[warn] kevent: Invalid argument
which is quite annoying. Any suggestion on how to avoid them?

This is not an issue nut a request. It will be great if you can publish a video tutorial about Running Jupyter Lab as a Desktop Application. This is needed by many people who are not that tech savvy.

I got a 404 trying to access the data analysis feed (http://christopherroach.com/feeds/Data%20Analysis.atom.xml)

On typing
/Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --app=http://localhost:8888/lab?token=<some-token>

to open JupyterLab Desktop App

I got the following error:
zsh: no matches found: --app=http://localhost:8888/lab?token=<some-token>

For someone beginning their journey into the command line, it was very confusing, until I decided to enclose the link within quotes, and the problem was fixed.

Could the instructions be updated to include this tip, to enclose the link in quotes for noobs like me?
