Feature Request: The default position of child should be center

Currently, the child's position in the neopop widget is top left. Shouldn't it be center by default as most of the texts on a button are generally placed in the Center.

If you approve of this then I would be happy to fix this and raise a PR for the same

Please add a note in documentation: If onTapUp is null then button stays disabled.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When i was testing i made onTapUp = null and nothing worked. I thought the button is broken. Only when i checked the source code did i get to know that if u set onTapUp = null then button stays disabled.
