[Feature Request] Purchasing the creative Tim Club Vs Celebration Offer

What is your enhancement?

Hello,
raising this as requested by Sajad on twitter.

I am planing to purchase the templates and not able to decide what is the best one;
Does the creative Club includes everything that the celebration offer does?
I am looking for the React Templates with Note Js backend.

Thanks
