But I've been grepping through the code, and I like what I'm seeing.

First of all, fantastic work on this suite of packages. I think the Dart ecosystem could benefit tremendously from this project. As a Scala developer, I think your port of cats-effect's IO is very familiar and comfortable. I've been able to replace a fair amount of Future usage with IO usage in my Dart code thanks to you. My primary motivator is proper cancellation semantics offered by IO.

Dart streams aren't quite the same as fs2 Streams, and I think that's why you got started on the rill package. I'm curious what the state of it is and if it's ready to be published. If not, I'm wondering if there's anything I could do to help. I'd love to start incorporating it into my Dart code!
