in this banner on the end frame is a plaque with text on it. The image is retina but is still blurry when viewed on a phone. removing the smoothify:true paramater from the tween fixes it.

We may need to update the logic of the plugin to exclude smoothing on mobile devices if it is not needed to eliminate this issue.
