Added:

• new flags to game presets to support multipliers and max branch level number;
• branch lock and full pot reward when max level number is set in presets;
• minor fixes;

This branch has limit of 5

When player is in zero level (init state) he should pick a branch to start the game.
As there is no need for level display in init player state, branch list could be displayed in the main game panel.

Engine already supports locale switching, needs gui impl

It turns out that adding link to the site as a desktop icon on mobile is very useful, but needs an icon to show up properly. I’ve removed vue boilerplate icons recentely but it would be better to restore them and replace with appropriate art.

login and balance loading/display already done, now need some code for sign-up/forget + data loading upon page load if profile state is "account initialised"
