@Remi-Gau Are we planning to have some basic MVPA analysis ready to run or just prepare the data for MVPA?

@mohmdrezk not clear yet, but even if we do something related to MVPA, the data will be ready, and it will be a demonstration. If we present something related to MVPA, I will have the data ready for demonstration.
we will discuss soon what will be presented.

One thing we might want to do is to deface the dataset we will be working with because:

• it is good practice
• we will be basically be sharing those data with the workshop attendee
• we can maybe add that as a step to the dicom to nii pipeline of the lab

The simplest might be to simply use: https://github.com/PeerHerholz/BIDSonym
Either as a docker (simpler) or by a call to the python script.
