Commas and semicolons are not escaped

As far as I can tell, commas and semicolons are replaced with the same value, the leading \ is not added here:

Are organization units really required?

The type signatures says required, but the code seems to default to empty array, and I think the vcard spec makes them optional. Maybe it's a bug?

Are all parts of the address required?

The docs say:

But the types say all fields are obligatory.

Hmm, although reading the code in more detail, perhaps it's the docs that are incorrect, and empty fields should be an empty string and not undefined or null?

Firstly, thank you kindly for this repo. Looks like a dream to create VCF files in comparison to many of the tools I've seen. Hides away all the semantics and gives me a nice easy API. Wonderful. Thanks a lot.

Any plans to expand to the parsing side? Eventually I want to build a 2 way sync between VCF files served via xandikos and a directory of markdown files managed with dendron. But for now I'm only focused on md -> vcf, so your package will be great. But in the future... :-)
