Per the genburn code at https://github.com/copernet/genburn/blob/master/cashaddr_test.go, the criteria for burn address selection seems to be that it must end with "8whc" preceded by 0-9, a stricter criteria than described in the spec (https://github.com/copernet/spec/blob/master/wormhole-burn-addr.pdf) where only "ending in whc" is required. The final generated wormhole burn address agrees with the code instead of the spec. Please fix the difference.

@jjz 请问下：

1. 这行命令，wormholed-cli whc_burnbchgetwhc 10
   参数只指定了燃烧的BTC个数，并没有说明使用哪个用户的BTC燃烧，假设我钱包里有N个用户，会使用哪一个用户的BTC呢？

2.钱包用户的余额有9.9BTC的测试币，但是调用燃烧BCH生成WHC的接口是报错说余额不足：
