Currently it is not recommended to use more then 2 stages.

Why?

There is now no other documented or obvious way I could find to run contember than instance:up, which is an interactive command that runs contember on random ports.

I would like documentation for some production-ready way to run contember. Even something like "got to that directory and use docker-compose" is IMHO better than nothing.

There is already a Deploying a contember, but at the moment does not contain any useful information

I think it would be very helpful to have example contember workspace with several projects and instances, ideally as a github repository with history.

I think it makes a big difference to have a full example of a "real" project, it also helps with gaps in documentation.

There is https://your-hostname/content/{project}/{stage}, but there is no other mention about https else in the doc. If somebody is trying this at his local development machine, this can cause confusion.

There should be documentation for all modifications.

Especially because documentation explicitly tell users to review the file,
but there is no real way one could review and understand the file at the moment
