Probably need an optional BsFormProvider type to return the css for label/input

This can add css classes like input-sm to input controls as well as format the labels

Bootstrap docs also support Custom forms where the standard controls use custom-control in the classes.

Could be implemented as a cascading parameter in the BsLayout component.
