Cannot be installed purely from conda-forge channels

Issue: Cannot be installed purely from conda-forge channels

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

  - weave -> bsddb
  - weave -> toolchain_cxx_linux-64

Reproduce with conda install weave in an environment with the nodefaults channel enabled.

Possible solution: Can you explore depending upon bsddb3 from conda-forge? I'm not sure what to do about toolchain_cxx_linux-64.
