python3.6 build for version 2.4.0

Hi @pmlandwehr,
I can't see the python36 builds for version2.4.0, but I need that. The latest version is 6.1.1, and I don't want to make a PR to downgrade the master branch.
Could you please create a new branch (something like 2.x.x ) where I can make a PR, and build for python 36.

Release 7.17.x versions on conda-forge

Comment:

Currently conda-forge seems to have trouble with the release structure we use at Elastic, maintaining and releasing two major release streams at a time. See: elastic/elasticsearch-py#1980

Going to cc @conda-forge/core for a bit of help here, what's the best way to implement this situation for a feedstock?
