Right now spaceship-prompt automated install is disabled. Due to NVM, installing this global package was far harder than it should have been even after a couple of attempts at different techniques.

As I have a slightly old version of Ansible installed locally, installing Homebrew casks no longer works as expected.

Fix this locally by upgrading Ansible, but add a quick Ansible version check to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Arc now seems to be my daily driver browser, so add this in.

https://github.com/conatus/dotfiles may contain other things used daily. Bring them in or after three or four months deprecate the repository.

chsh runs every time to set the default shell to ZSH.

This is irritating because it prompts for a password every time and does not run idempotently.

Laravel Valet requires root to bootstrap itself. Obviously we can sudo in Ansible using become but what is the best way to approach this on a Mac with as little hands on as possible.

This relates to #3 which faces the same problem.

Seemingly the Ansible extension for adding VS Code installs now launches a blank document per extension within VS Code while running it.

Suspect this is the result of the way in which it tries to restart VS Code to allow extensions.

Referenced from nowhere, likely not compatible with most recent versions of macOS.
