Paper Mario repo moved

Hi! As the author of n64splat and the creator of the Pokemon Snap decomp and co-creator of the Paper Mario decomp, thanks so much for including my projects in your list!

I wanted to let you know that the Paper Mario decomp has moved to https://github.com/ethteck/papermario . Thanks!

rom64 - command line utility for rom info

Hello! Not sure if this can be considered "awesome" but I want to share a utility I've been working on called rom64. It's a command-line utility for fetching ROM information in human-readable and machine-readable formats. In addition, it can validate ROMs against a datfile and convert to native (big-endian) format.

I couldn't find a utility that did the things I wanted/needed, so I created one and it's currently in active development.

Anything that uses the official SDK should be clearly flagged as such

Due to how problematic it is to use the official Nintendo SDK, I wouldn't like to touch it at all if I'm developing something for N64. However, when I look around the list of toolchains and libs, I see a lot of references to it. I think it would be nice to have a clean list of tools that doesn't include that SDK at all. Maybe there could be a checkbox that makes all of the entries disappear?

Update or Remove "Analog Stick Decoding" link

I have been migrating any non-project-specific information from https://github.com/bigbass1997/PIC-CNT64/wiki/ to the n64brew.dev wiki, so the current link will eventually break.

Either the link found at Documentation > Analog Stick Decoding should be removed, or updated to https://n64brew.dev/wiki/Controller#Analog_Stick

The latter is rather redundant though since the list already contains a link to the n64brew wiki, albeit not that particular page.
