Web UI and backend part to add/upload tracks from UI.

So that first time setup can happen even when things are wired differently from the default.

• do not fail on media (using vlc dummy)
• do not fail on broken wiring or rfid buttons
• allow for subsystem reload on settings change

• on next, prev
• on stop
• periodically from second play (every 2+ seconds)
• periodically at first play

Tonio changes tonio.conf with settings coming from web UI and restarts/reboots

• implement post resource to change conf according to multiform data
• actually change values via post
• polish UI to give proper feedback to user
• add validation of input server side
• add hints for valid values (eg io lanes from gpio chip) for better UI
• process changes to wireless network

Somehow does not work anymore. Find out a stable configuration of hostap, dnsmask and interfaces which reliably exposes tonio as AP with tonio.local hostname.

• AP can start without disrupting wlan
• make avahi still work with AP on
• when connected to AP reach tonio via tonio.local

There is a pi zero wireless build which is untested. Due to popularity of the board it makes sense to test it before 1.0.

• test boot
• test tonio daemon starts
• AP mode works
• slim kernel - remove unnecessary bloat

Web UI welcome page that lets user apply own settings the first time they go to tonio.local.

• introduce first time config and contours
• make rfid settings first time setuppable
• make network settings first time setuppable
• make push buttons settings first time setuppable
• make other settings first time setuppable

Web UI already allows changing order of tracks and dropping some from the list. Implement backend api and UI calling them.
