Map capabilities and maturities to skills

Transformation teams should be able to identify the skills they require By identifying what capabilities are required, and at what levels of maturity, which will be mapped to specific skills.

Potentially this could be integrated with the map of implemented capabilities to show specific technologies and practices used, which would further refine the skills needed for projects

Integrate / map this to the standard

I think several of the capabilities are bigger then software development.
It would be good to see the 'bigger picture' capabilities elevated to the standard.

Training material/offering to learn/implement capabilities and maturities

We should offer a service (or facilitate the delivery of a service) for agencies before, during, and after transformation projects to assist them up-skill in the capabilities.

It would be good if we weren't always the ones offering these services, with 'graduate' teams sharing their knowledge with new teams

Map maturity levels to transformation project stages

In order to progress through the stages of delivery, teams should have to meed minimum maturity levels for specified capabilities.

Having this information available in advance of assessments will assist the teams prepare.
