A simple implementation using SQLite to store all created pastes for users. (Storing in users' directory)

Add a new flag/entry-point and let users keep a default configuration for parameters like theme, expiry time, and language.

We can have a function that takes the [FILE] name and returns the programming language that the scrip file is written in based on the following LANGUAGES_TYPES:

LANGUAGES_TYPES = {
    'bash': ['.sh', ..],
    'c': ['.c', ..],
    ...
}

We remove the default value for --language and check for any user-made values. If there is no value for this field, detect_language(type) will be called.

A quick check to find whether the current version of the package is up to date otherwise, showing a warning message and asking for an update.
