For pressbooks (epub v2.0) these links should be to the files with no extension. For epub v3.0 I think they need to be links to xhtml files.

For each file, find and replace the links to .ipynb with direct links.

The pre-class and in-class assignments typically have the same number. I would like to try and group these into module chapters. Will require striping out the name of the chapter from the filename.

Move the functions out of the notebook and into a library

I would like to add an option to link to the ipynb files in a git repository. This would be handy.

I want to add an option to make an HTML folder and save all of the HTML files to that folder.
