Oh right. Ignore this warning for now I think we'll look to move away from sciSpaCy as it is not regularly maintained inline with new SpaCy releases. Stay with SpaCy.

I haven't been able to replicate this. Are you trying this is google colab? If so, I believe this is a Contextual version conflict error.
Have you tried restarting the Runtime/Kernel? The error means that a new version of a python package has been installed that was already loaded.
I'll leave this issue open incase you are not using google colab. In which case can you tell me which MedCAT version you are trying to load? is it v1.13.0? Also pasting the code and error message would help. Thanks!

@antsh3k No, this is all on the command line. I should have clarified that it doesn't cause a fatal error. However, it is a warning. As you mentioned in the other thread about model versions, this seems to be the case where it works. But it's always better to sync on API and model versions.
