Hi Team,

We are using the chrome plugin to capture client metrics. We wish to manually feed in the transaction naming to each page rather than using the page title or URL by default. Currently this feature is not working, can you please help us get this resolved.

we followed the instruction in documentation for selenium java but cxoptimize could not capture the transaction. please anyone help me how to configure the selenium java and cxoptimize.

We are able to see results from other tab like summary response time. Under comparison tab, the broswer comparison is not showing any results, it returns just the table columns name and the page is blank.

This is on 2.0.5 version.

We are using an Application that is built over GWT framework for a retail account. We have the below questions regarding CXOptimize

Version Used:
IDE- Eclipse to run the selenium script
CXOptimizeAPI-2.0.6
CXOptimizeCollector-2.0.5
Elastic search -5.5.2

“Resource Count” – Does it show the cumulative “resources count “ for all the transactions or it shows it separately for each individual request?

This question arises as we see only 2 requests in developer tools for “Stock management” transaction , but there are more number of requests “CXOptimize HAR” file.

We also tried for one more application where we saw the exact number of requests in both CXOptimize and Developer tools. Can you please help us enlighten us on the same?

In our applications, monitoring has been enabled, due to which monitoring requests (like Pushservlet in PEGA, Tealeaf in EXIZEN, dynatracemonitor) would get triggered automatically in certain intervals,
These requests sometime would have high response time so we would explicitly eliminate.

In CxOptimize, these monitoring requests are included in the HAR files that is causing deviation in the response time for transactions.
For instances, the ‘xyz’ transaction is soft navigation, the ‘Backend time’ is 120120 ms (i.e: 120.12 secs). While checking in the HAR file, we found the Pushservlet [application monitoring] request took 2 mins was included in it.

Query:
Is there any option to exclude/Filter those requests in Cxoptimize?

Hi,

For Page Load Time metric in the response time tab, I am observing the NEGATIVE value(-2147483648). Can someone please help me on this.
