Error: Trying to assign to time

When I try to generate flat Modelica from CogniPilot.Vehicles.RDD2.Components.Controller, I get an error

>> omc -f -i=CogniPilot.Vehicles.RDD2.Components.Controller CogniPilot/package.mo
...
Error: Trying to assign to time.
Error: Internal error NFAlgorithm.getInputsOutputs failed.

I thought that time is a Modelica keyword - should there really be a variable with that name?

Cannot instantiate Dynamics.mo due to outer model (World)

Getting:

[---/modelica_models/CogniPilot/Vehicles/RDD2/Components/Dynamics.mo:3:3-4:40:writable] Error: The model can't be instantiated due to top-level outer element 'world', it may only be used as part of a simulation model.

Still possible to instantiate the Vehicle.mo. Thought that we wanted to be able to translate only Dynamics model though.
