Trace Level Options does not seem to work when using babel-node

Hi,

I was checking out this plugin to use in my projects. I wanted to enable only warn level logging. However that does not seem to work when using babel-node.

The commands that I used were as follows:

TRACE_LEVEL=warn babel-node index.js // this did not work

TRACE_LEVEL=warn babel -d ./babel-out index.js

node ./babel-out/index.js // this does work
