You can select to translate just new translations,
also to remove translations that are not in source file.

Not sure what @CaosFR had on mind.
Maybe to use prefix to ignore some keys
@codegrue maybe if you have time to deploy latest version to vs code extension

Maybe to add new parameter ignoreKeyPrefix
and to ignore translation that has key that starts with ignoreKeyPrefix
if ignoreKeyPrefix is empty do nothing.
it could also help to resolve
#9 point 3 ignoreKeyPrefix = @
