We need a proper fix for the ToC creator, because Headers with embedded links break it.
#18 unfortunately didn't work as it should, as seen by this image:

When the Header contains something like a / will the System behind generating the TOC handle it literally.

This means that f.e.

### Random player icons show up in the bottom right/top left of the tab list

will result in

#random-player-icons-show-up-in-the-bottom-right/top-left-of-the-tab-list

while it actually should be

#random-player-icons-show-up-in-the-bottom-righttop-left-of-the-tab-list
