If a change happens, the bot will do the following things:

• send a changed message every 15 min ( also when no other change happens)
• the title for the message is the next day

Add a comment, when triggert it will show for changes in the VPlan and if there're changes, they will get send into the configured notification channels

Add an retry que for the vplans, in case there is no internet connection.

If for example the first two lesson have a failure,
they would automatically get pushed up => wrong Start Times
