ColumnModelOptions ignored

When columns are created manually in grid, columnModelOptions is ignored and it leads to error when editing is set to "cell".

Problematic code in SwissArmyGrid:

if (!this.columns) { ... }

Eg :

var columns = this.remote.createGridColumns("field-store", {});
.
.
var fieldGrid = this.fieldGrid = Ext.create("Dextop.ux.SwissArmyGrid", {
            remote: this.remote,
            editing: 'cell',
            columns: columns,
            editingOptions: { clicksToEdit: 1 }

Temp fix is setting manually columnModelOptions:

this.columnModelOptions = this.columnModelOptions || {};
        Ext.apply(this.columnModelOptions, {
            remote: this.remote,
            checkEditor: this.editing == 'cell'
        });
 var columns = this.remote.createGridColumns("field-store", columnModelOptions);
.
.
var fieldGrid = this.fieldGrid = Ext.create("Dextop.ux.SwissArmyGrid", {
            remote: this.remote,
            editing: 'cell',
            columns: columns,
            editingOptions: { clicksToEdit: 1 }

There is a RawJs property in FormFieldAttribute that is very usefull when implimenting new client side controls but GridColumn does not provide all Extjs columns properties (e.g Summary feature) so adding RawJs to it will solve many problems 😃

DextopFormCheckboxGroup label cannot be localized

DextopFormCheckboxGroup label cannot be localized.

[DextopFormCheckboxGroup(1, fieldLabel = "Party type", itemId = "partyTypesCheckboxses")]

generates this:

itemId: 'partyTypesCheckbox',
xtype: 'checkboxgroup',
fieldLabel: 'Party type',

and it should be this:

itemId: 'partyTypesCheckbox',
xtype: 'checkboxgroup',
fieldLabel: this.partyTypesCheckboxsesTitleText,

Hint: See DextopFormFieldSet implementation.

DextopFormFieldSet invalid config name - margins

DextopFormFieldSet should contain "margin" instead of "margins" config.
