Speakeasy with no sign or menu. Wait at the door with the pink flamingo and wait for someone to come get you. No phone use allowed, they will come up to you and ask you to put your phone away and instead speak to the person next to you.

Order a cocktail called the "zwei brüder".

Yes, it's a hotel bar -- but the bartenders here are competing mixologists with a wide variety of interesting experiments going at any given time (think lavender infusions into vodka). When we were there during a slow moment, they grabbed some corn from the kitchen, caramelized it with a torch, and mixed it into a shaken bourbon cocktail -- just to see how it turned out.

Cambridge proper rather than Boston. Rooftop bar of Sonder 907 Hotel.

This is a riff on a Sazerac using a chinese liquor and cognac.

From the menu, Harvest Moon (Pork Belly Fat-washed Mezcal | Succotash | Lime) also sampled with good results. Special drink involving rum and sesame oil was less successful.

Needs confirmation.

Cozy space, cocktails nice blend of tradition and innovation.
