One is from Lamentations and one from Ezekiel; both omit the final PM. KJVPCE module has
Lamentations 1:1: How doth the city sit solitary, that was full of people! how is she become as a widow! she that was great among the nations, and princess among the provinces, how is she become tributary!
Ezekiel 30:2: Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Howl ye, Woe worth the day!
Your text currently has the ! missing from each so please check against the printed edition.
Using the \i* paragraphs as "span collumn" paragraphs. This makes \pc used on title pages for add-on info impossible.
Need "introductory centered paragraph". Best found is that I locally have \iq (no number) set for intro font, centered text, and the iq#'s hanging indent, increasing margin offset.
However, \iq by default is not centered explicitly (although the example in the 2.4 manual displays it that way.)
