Received following error

Plugin sqlite's list-all callback script failed with output:
/usr/bin/env: ‘bash\r’: No such file or directory

The build process at present is a little too rigid.

export WORKING_DIR... could benefit from using shell environment predicate expansion
export WORKING_DIR= ${WORKING_DIR:-/tmp/asdf-sqlite}

Some of us like to keep noexec turned on for /tmp
