What's the best way to handle absurd speeds?

• If the first two points in a track have a crazy speed between them, delete the first one?
• Take the average speed across the entire track and make choices based on that?
  • This may help with airplanes, but might not be good for driving someplace and then hiking there
  • Maybe it just needs to be heuristic-based?
• If two points in the middle of a track have unrealistic speed between them, insert a track end/start?
  • This could turn things like airplane trips into lots of tiny tracks though
