Equalize project by clickalicious standards.

We try STYLECI as coding style fixer as a service.

Now STYLECI is integrated we need to figure out how it can be used automagically to help us improve develepoment branch.

Currently "Rng" is our bluerprint for a good build configuration. Adapt this for CachingMiddleware.

We need to change the product slogan to "The PSR-6 Caching Middleware compatible to PSR-7 stacks.".

Some quality related fixes.

We should implement a CachePool for testing cause the code used for caching is not that good to mock.

We need to fine tune configuration of code checks by scrutinizer-ci. Currently we use a mix of defaults and some customizing. Seems to be some kind of freestyle experiments. Check and TidyUp.
