Add the ID identification test to client and server.

TODO:

• watch traffic destined for our port.
• capture the traffic we're interested in keeping (depends on the covert method being used).
• decipher the message received.
• write the message received to a file.

dissferretd.py runs in a loop. To exit it I use ctrl-z which only stops the process. We should add a way to properly kill the process.

Add Ack sequence number bounce to client and server.

Either the server needs to be smart enough to determine the test method being sent. Otherwise, multiple servers are required.. and that's a little too messy.

Add handling for mode, spoof source, etc. as command line arguments as well as command line help and error messages for incorrect command line argument, to dissferret-client.py
