[Craig] Recreate existing site's homepage

With the move from Google Sites to Jekyll hosted via Github Pages, the first step is recreating the existing content.

This ticket is recreating the content and functionality of the "Home" page of the website.

Links should still be accessible.

Requirement :

All links should be clickable and navigates to a placeholder page.

Research Jekyll blogging and connection to ActivityPub protocol

When a new blog post is published on the website, I want it to automatically get shared to the ActivityPub protocol so we can make our blog available in open spaces.

It's unclear if this desire above is feasible with Github pages, Jekyll, and ActivityPub. So, it'd be great to get some help identifying what's possible. A potential finding may be that this isn't feasible - we just want additional clarity to it.

Here's a few resources for information on blogging and ActivityPub:

Enable blogging on org site

A big benefit to enable blogging would be identifying if we could connect it to RSS, ActivityPub, or any other distribution options.

Recreate Code of Conduct page

Code of Conduct should be recreated in the new jekyll site.

It should contain the same context as the original, and be functionally the same.
