linguakit's Issues

Modularize?

For some time that I have been trying to help you guys making this a set of "nicely done" Perl modules. I noticed today that this repository is duplicating code from external modules like Moo, etc., for portability, what is not exactly the good thing to be done.

Thus, this is an hypothetical question: if I have the time for it, would you be interested in splitting all this code in a set of small(er) modules, for each task?

perl: symbol lookup error

Greetings,
Thanks for the updates but unfortunately am getting the following error when trying to run the latest version in linux:
perl: symbol lookup error: ...... :undefined symbol: Perl_Istack_sp_ptr
How can it be fixed? Thanks

String MalFormed

Hi, i receive this error when use words acents...

`linguakit dep -fa pt "está" -s

utf8 "\xE1" does not map to Unicode at c:\Linguakit\\linguakit.perl line 228, <$input> line 1. Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected end of string) in substitution (s///) at c:\Linguakit/tagger/pt/sentences-pt_exe.perl line 61, <$input> line 1.

Sentiment analysis is not working.

The sentiment analysis is not work properly in these latest push . it always give the result 'None' . what is the reason for this ..? please reply as soon as possible .

Triples

Greetings,
I noted that the performance of the triples extractor in the demo website is much better than the one in the repo. Wondering why that is the case. Any chance we will soon have in the repo one that matches the online demo?
Thanks.

Sentiment analysis

Hi,
There seems to be something wrong with the Sentiment analysis, or I need help understanding its multiple output.
Thanks

Information about the performance

Hello team. First of all I want to congratulate y'all. This project is really awesome.

I'm interested on use this project for my thesis at the college. I expect to release a project that will use Linguakit. My target group would be big. So, I want to ask if in some way you did some kind of stress test on it. Is it feasible to run hundred of, for example, dep analysis.

Thank in advances.

Issue in sentiment score calculation

Hi,
I used sentiment analyzer provided at the live demo site and also tested with github code. I found a lot of difference with the sentiment score. Why is it so? Can you help me out of this Please?

portability

It would be great if you could change the "shebang" lines for all Perl code to use the much more portable /usr/bin/env perl rather than /usr/bin/perl, which causes problems in instances where the desired Perl version is not the one installed in /usr/bin.
