What permissions are you running the tool with? The first error on Get-SPOTenant implies you don't have SharePoint Administrator permissions. If you're just testing the tool in a development tenant, try using Global Administrator.

I'm not quite familiar with Azure/O365 permissions.
Is it the account that I use to log in to the tenant need to have all these permissions?

1. Global Reader role
2. Teams Administrator role
3. Exchange Administrator role
4. Power Platform Administrator role
5. SharePoint Administrator role

Because I thought that the application requested all needed permissions.
