- UTL Overview of citation management https://guides.library.utoronto.ca/citationmanagement
The UTL regularly offers library workshops on using Zotero (and maybe EndNote/Basics?). The next workshop on Zotero is on 21 November. Check the UTL website under 'Workshops' for their schedule.
Zotero Resources
Note: In July 2017, Zotero 5.0, a major upgrade, was introduced. This was in response to changes in the Firefox extension framework. You can read more about it here: https://www.zotero.org/blog/zotero-5-0/ What this means is that many of the current tutorial videos and library guides have yet to be updated specifically for version 5.0. However, most of the functionalities are the same and the existing resources are still useful. Just be aware that some of the instructions may be outdated.

The Clarivate Analytics EndNote website has many training material and you should start there first. There are also many other videos and library guides (in university library websites and on YouTube); many have not been updated for version X8, but they should still be relevant and give you an introduction to many of the features of EndNote.
