Add functionality to find profiles in search bar.

If the search bar have more than five results, then this show "More results" option.

If the search bar have more than five results, this show "More results" option. The "More results" option need redirect to page with all results.

The page "More results" needs to be a grid with 4 columns and multiple rows as needed.

OBS: Need to be a VueJS component

Create a card inside profile component for add comments in others profiles.

Describe the bug
Error "Cannot read property '0' of undefined" when press enter key in search bar without results.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click in the search bar
2. Enter your keywords
3. Blur the search bar
4. Click again in the search bar
5. Press enter key

Expected behavior
Doesn't execute "enter" method if not have results, or open results lists again (re-execute "search" method).

Describe the bug
In mobile mode the "home" and "initial screens are in the wrong layout

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/home' or '/' and active responsive mode in browser.
2. See this screen

Expected behavior
On the home ("/home") screen, the sidebar must be hidden and adjusted according to the screen.
On the initial ("/") screen the navigation bar needs to be converted to a hamburger menu.
