First draft is now included. Plotting function for distribution of hyper-parameter(s) not yet included. Still missing documentation.

Hyper-parameters that are lists are difficult to implement into the raster study. The transition models GaussianRandomWalk and Linear could be altered to affect only one parameter, which can be specified on definition (Combined transition models can be used to affect multiple parameters using different hyper-parameter values).

Raster study is completed; Change-point study was re-built and is now based on raster study.
