Thanks, great package. Very close to perfect :)
Tried and got one issue. Just would like to report you.

I used this code to connect unconnected reservoirs to aquifer.

reservoir_con <- SWATreadR::read_swat(paste0(dir_path, "/reservoir.con")) reservoir_con[reservoir_con$out_tot == 0,c("out_tot", "obj_typ_1", "obj_id_1", "hyd_typ_1", "frac_1")] <- list(1, "aqu", 1, "rhg", 1) SWATreadR::write_swat(reservoir_con, paste0(dir_path, "/reservoir.con"))

If I don't do any modifications, write_swat function works well. But if I do modification (provided in the code), it writes those headings into the file
"obj_typ_1 obj_id_1 hyd_typ_1 frac_1 obj_typ_2 obj_id_2 hyd_typ_2 frac_2"

Not a big problem, but could be perfect if this not happen.
