fwd-poliplug with rrl plugin

Hello. Can I use this branch with rrl plugin? I tried, but didn't understand what was wrong:

I cloned git clone --branch fwd-poliplug https://github.com/chrisohaver/coredns
I cloned git clone https://github.com/coredns/rrl
add 'rrl:github.com/coredns/rrl' into plugin.cfg
and got an error:
